This series of belt-driven sand pumps are industrial-grade centrifugal pumps specifically engineered for transporting abrasive media containing solid particles. Available in horizontal short-shaft and vertical long-shaft configurations, they are manufactured with high-quality cast iron integral casting technology and equipped with a multi-groove V-belt pulley drive system at the top. These pumps efficiently deliver sand, slurry, mine tailings, silt, coal slurry and other fluids, making them essential conveying equipment for river sand mining, engineering dredging, tailings treatment and construction projects.Pump Body Structure: Adopts a classic volute integral casting structure with hydrodynamically optimized flow channels that are spacious and low-resistance. Flow-through components are thickened for uniform wall thickness, delivering excellent impact and wear resistance. The pump cover and body are fastened with high-strength bolts for superior sealing performance and easy disassembly for maintenance.
Drive System: Standard 4-6 groove V-belt pulley at the top allows flexible matching with diesel engines or electric motors, especially suitable for field operations without grid power coverage. By replacing pulleys of different diameters, pump speed can be conveniently adjusted to precisely control flow rate and head parameters, adapting to diverse working conditions.
Shaft System & Sealing: The main shaft is forged from 40Cr high-quality alloy steel and undergoes quenching and tempering heat treatment for high strength and rigidity, capable of withstanding long-term heavy-duty continuous operation. Equipped with reliable packing seal or mechanical seal devices to effectively prevent medium leakage and impurities from entering the bearing cavity, extending equipment service life.
Connection & Specifications: Offers both flange connection and welded connection for inlet and outlet ports to flexibly match on-site pipeline layouts. Product calibers range from 2 inches to 12 inches, with flow rates of 10-800 m³/h and heads of 5-50 m, meeting the conveying needs of different project scales.
Surface Treatment: Surface is treated with electrostatic spraying or anti-rust paint for strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and neat appearance. All castings undergo aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term operation without deformation.

Superior Wear & Corrosion Resistance, Extended Service Life
Flow-through components (pump body, impeller, guard plate) are cast from high-chromium wear-resistant alloy or HT250+ grade gray cast iron. After special quenching heat treatment, hardness reaches up to HRC55, providing 3-5 times better abrasion resistance than ordinary centrifugal pumps. They can continuously transport high-concentration media containing sharp sand and slag, significantly reducing equipment replacement cycles.Large Passage Anti-Clogging Design, Stable Operation
Features large-passage, wide-blade open or semi-open impellers that allow passage of solid particles up to 60mm in diameter. Combined with the spacious volute flow channel, this effectively prevents large sand particles from clogging the pump cavity, ensuring continuous and stable operation under high-concentration, large-particle conditions and reducing downtime for cleaning.

Flexible Power Compatibility, Ideal for Field Operations
Belt pulley drive eliminates dependence on direct motor connection, compatible with single-cylinder diesel engines, multi-cylinder diesel engines, three-phase asynchronous motors and other power sources.
